Portwest Modaflame Multinorm softshell jacket

This softshell jacket from Portwest is designed for situations where a combination of protection and freedom of movement is required. The Portwest Modaflame Multinorm softshell jacket is made from a material blend of modacrylic, cotton and carbon fibre and is based on inherent flame-retardant fibres. The jacket is also antistatic, breathable, windproof and water-repellent, and it has flame-retardant properties.

In use, the details prove their worth: a high collar and chin guard over the full-length zip provide a protected closure, while the drawcord adjustment at the hem makes it possible to tailor the fit. The sleeve width is adjusted with hook-and-loop fastening so it can be closed tightly. For storage, there are zippered side pockets, a zippered chest pocket and a radio pocket. Approved reflective details contribute to high visibility. The jacket can also function as an inner layer and can be zipped into a matching jacket under “see also”.
