Jalas 1378B Heavy Duty winter safety boots S3

These winter safety boots from Jalas are classified in safety class S3 and are intended for work where both the ground surface and the surroundings place demands on footwear. The Jalas 1378B Heavy Duty winter safety boots S3 feature a composite toe cap and a steel penetration-resistant midsole, which help protect against impact and puncture.

The upper is made of PU leather, and the boot is water-repellent, which may be relevant in damp conditions. The closure combines laces and a zipper, allowing the fit to be adjusted while keeping the boot easy to put on and take off. Inside, it is equipped with FX2 ThermAL, which is stated as part of the construction for winter use.

The sole is a Vibram® Arctic Grip™ rubber outsole, and the boot is slip-resistant and shock-absorbing. It is also cold-resistant, oil-repellent, and heat-resistant up to 300°C. In addition, it is ESD approved (antistatic) and has FO (oil/petrol-resistant outsole), making the specifications relevant in environments requiring antistatic footwear.
