Pricing
We accept no liability whatsoever for errors in the prices shown, and we reserve the right to change our prices at any time without warning.
Shipping, delivery and the formation of a contract
Delivery is paid for by the customer. Products are generally dispatched within 5-7 working days of the order being received. If your order is delayed, you will receive a call or an email.
Payment
The following cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard. You can also use PayPal. We will send you an order confirmation email as soon as we have received your order online. Your invoice will be sent via email. They serve as both a receipt and as a certificate of guarantee. If you wish to receive a new copy of an invoice via email, please send an email with the order number to info@cheap-workwear.com.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel an order you have placed, please send an email with ‘Cancellation’ and your order number in the subject line to info@cheap-workwear.com. You can also cancel your order by calling +45 96 74 20 30. You must cancel within a reasonable time period after placing your order and preferably before 7:30 am the next day.
Returns policy
We operate a 100-day returns policy. Your right to return a product expires 100 days after you; a) receive the order, b) receive the last product, where an order consists of multiple products ordered at the same time and delivered separately, or c) receive the last component, where a product ordered consists of multiple components. You must inform us of your wish to return a product within 100 days of receipt. When contacting us you must make it clear that you wish to use your right to cancel. You may also choose to use our standard returns form and send it back along with the item(s) you wish to return. You can find the form in your order confirmation email or alternatively here. You cannot cancel or return an order by simply refusing delivery of the order without clearly informing us of this. You cannot return items which are deemed unsuitable for returning on the grounds of health or hygiene if you have broken the seal on them. Your order must be returned to us without undue delay.
You are responsible for the immediate costs of return delivery when returning an order to us. You are responsible for the item from the point of its delivery, and when returning it by post you are responsible for ensuring that it is packaged carefully and appropriately. You are liable for any potential reduction of the product’s value where this is due to use beyond that necessary to establish the product’s type, features and mode of operation. In other words – you may try out the product in the same way you would in a shop. If the product has been used beyond this, we will view it as used, which means that you will receive a refund of only part or none of the price you paid for the product, depending on the product’s commercial value, should you choose to return it. In order to receive the full price paid you must treat the product in the same manner as you would in a physical shop. You can try the product out/on, but not begin to actually use it. Labels and similar items must not be removed from the product. We will be able to process your return more easily if you include a copy of the invoice with the product.
Refunds
If you return a purchase, you will of course receive a refund of the amount you paid for it. Should there be a reduction in the product’s value for which you own liability, this will be subtracted from the amount to be refunded. If you use your right to cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs – this only applies to returns of entire orders from private customers. The product must be received by us without undue delay and at the latest within 100 days of receipt. We process refunds via the method of payment used in the original transaction, unless you explicitly request otherwise. We withhold refunds until we have received the item to be returned. Products cannot be exchanged in other shops.
Product liability
Cheap-workwear.com (owned and operated by Workwear Group ApS) has taken out business and product liability insurance which covers up to DKK 10 million per year. The insurance covers the whole world except the USA/Canada. The company is not liable for consequential loss, loss of profits or other indirect losses.
Product warranty
Should a product be delayed or have a defect, you can complain via the address or phone number listed below. Complaints regarding defective products must be made within a reasonable time of a) you discovering the defect, or b) the point at which you should have discovered the defect during a standard inspection of the product. You can submit your complaint by phone or in writing. Your right to submit a complaint expires two years after receipt of the product cf. the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) paragraph 83, article 1, unless another arrangement is agreed. Malicious damage, misuse, improper use, modifications and the like are not covered by the warranty. Complaints received by Cheap-workwear.com about a product are typically dealt with within 24 hours on weekdays. Cheap-workwear.com will establish whether the product should be repaired, exchanged or offered at a reduced price. Where the product is asked to be returned, the cost of return is covered by Cheap-workwear.com and the cost of sending a new product out to the customer is also covered by Cheap-workwear.com. Please note that you always must contact Cheap-workwear.com before returning a product.
Complaints procedure
You can submit a complaint to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution website to submit a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer resident in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here. When submitting a complaint, you should include our email address: info@cheap-workwear.com.
Sale to people under the age of 18
You must be 18 or over to order on Cheap-workwear.com. If you are under 18 you must have your parents’ permission.
