My account

Once you are logged in to your account, you can view your orders and their status on “My page”.

You can also use the “Find order” function here.

Enter your email address and your order number, and you will then be able to see your order status, i.e. how long delivery is expected to take, or if the order has already been shipped.

You can make your own list of favourites by tapping the star next to the products. You do not need to be logged in.

To find your favourites list, just click on the star in the top right-hand corner. From your favourites list, you can easily add the products to your basket and place an order.

To be able to store items in your basket, you must be logged in to your account. To store the items in your basket, add them just as you would when buying them.

The next time you log in, the items will be visible in your basket unless they are sold out.

We reserve an item for you when you place your order.
